When Netflix launched in Europe, they had one small obstacle…trust. No one wanted to give up their credit card information. Our assignment was to create an experience comforting enough to win them over. So we transformed an industrial warehouse in Berlin into an eclectic home with a diversity of rooms, each catering to a different audience. We even projected a 3-D virtual home on the venue’s façade giving arriving guests a glimpse inside. As influencers sank into couches instead of fidgeting in seats, presenters swayed the skeptics and proved there’s no place like Flix Haus.
